Hi, I’m Anton.
I’m a technical builder and engineering leader focused on building products and, ultimately, a company of my own. I work from first principles, ship to learn, and turn promising ideas into products people can use.
I like the messy beginning: a half-formed idea, a real problem, and no obvious path. I talk to people, work out what matters, and build the smallest version someone can actually try. Then I use what happens to decide what comes next.
As the product and team grow, my job changes: make the goal clear, put decisions close to the work, and give good engineers the context and support they need to ship. If the team needs me in every conversation, I haven’t done the job.
I’ve spent my career building production software, leading engineers, and taking products from unclear problems to shipped systems.
